Returns & Exchanges

Because our printed items are custom printed to order, we do not hold stock or offer returns for change of mind, incorrect sizes or buyer's remorse.

Paper mailing bags

Our printing partner ships items in plastic-free packaging. Most orders ship in custom paper mailers unless extra padding is required. Items are not individually bagged, to reduce waste. The bags are strong, recyclable, compostable and weather-proof.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, please contact us at theladycreatesdigital@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will pass on the claim to our printing partner to review the claim. Our printing partner will decide on further action to replace item.

Incorrect Addresses / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to the printing partner due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or failure to collect from the post office, re-shipping costs will apply.
